At Merry Heart Tees, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
1. Time Frame: You have 14 days from the
date of delivery to return an item.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn,
unwashed, and in their original
condition with all tags attached.
3. Process:
* Contact our customer service team at
merryhearttees@gmail.com with your
order number and reason for return.
* We will provide you with instructions
on how to return your item.
* Ship the item back to us using the
provided return shipping address.
Please mail your item(s) to Printful. The
address should be on the packaging.
The address is 11201 Ed Brown Rd,
Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Refunds:
1. Once we receive and inspect your
return, we will process your refund
within 5-7 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original
payment method.
3. Please note that original shipping costs
are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
1. We only replace items if they are
defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
1. If you receive a damaged or defective
item, please get in touch with us at
merryhearttees@gmail.com. You must
send us an email with images of the
defective or damaged product within 7
days of receiving your item for a
replacement or full refund.
Important Notes:
* We recommend using a trackable
shipping method for returns to ensure
the item is safely returned.
* Clearance items and custom-made T-
shirts are not eligible for return or
exchange unless they are defective.
